Artisan Horse, Nature and Historic Jewellery Crafted in Queensland

Pioneer Jewellery creates unique handmade jewellery inspired by horses, nature and historic design. Each piece is individually crafted by experienced goldsmith Peter Meatchem in his Mudgeeraba studio on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

With more than fifty years of goldsmithing experience across London, Paris, Sydney and Australia, Peter combines traditional jewellery techniques with artistic inspiration drawn from equestrian life, natural forms and historical craftsmanship. The collection includes elegant equestrian jewellery, horse themed pieces, nature inspired designs and distinctive artisan jewellery created with care and attention to detail.

Many of the designs have been developed in collaboration with Peter’s daughter Lucinda, a lifelong horse rider whose passion for horses helped shape the equestrian jewellery range. Together they have created a distinctive collection celebrating the beauty, strength and heritage of the equestrian world.
